The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are
— C.G. Jung

Services: I offer individual telehealth psychotherapy for adults in New York or California.

Virtual Therapy: All therapy is currently virtual and available via a secure video chat program for clients who are residents of New York or California. Clients must physically be located in New York or California at the time of the scheduled session.

Fees: I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone or video call to discuss working together, your needs, and how I can help. At that time we will discuss fees and frequency of sessions. On-going sessions are 45 minutes and the fee is $250.

Insurance: I am not in-network with any insurance providers. I do not bill insurance directly for any services. I can provide you with an invoice you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement of services if you have out of network benefits.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance or miss a session, you will be billed for the session. I ask that you give as much notice as possible in order for the session time to be offered to someone else.

Good Faith Estimate

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
